    When you use our AI call assistant, messaging, and communication tools, we collect and process the content of those communications, including call recordings, SMS messages, emails, and chat transcripts, to provide and improve our services.

    2.3 Payment and Billing Information

    Payment information, including credit card numbers and billing addresses, is processed securely through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store complete payment card information on our servers. We may retain limited billing information such as the last four digits of your card and transaction history for accounting and fraud prevention purposes.

    2.4 Usage Data and Analytics

    We automatically collect information about your use of the Platform, including:

    • Device information (IP address, browser type, operating system)
    • Usage patterns (features accessed, time spent, actions taken)
    • Log data (timestamps, error reports, performance data)

    2.5 CRM and Automation Data

    When you use our CRM, pipeline management, and automation features, we collect and store data you input, including customer records, lead information, appointment schedules, task lists, and workflow configurations.

    2.6 SMS/Text Messaging Data

    When you provide your phone number through any form on our website, during account registration, or through any other interaction with Automaus.ai, we may use your phone number to send you SMS/MMS text messages. This section describes how we collect, use, and protect your phone number in connection with our messaging services.

    Collection: We collect your phone number when you submit it through a form on automaus.ai, text a keyword to our business number, or provide it during a phone call or consultation.

    Use: Your phone number may be used to send you appointment reminders, service updates, marketing and promotional messages, follow-up communications, and responses to your inquiries via SMS/MMS text messages.

    Consent: We send text messages only to individuals who have provided express consent by submitting a form on our website that includes SMS consent disclosure, or by texting a keyword to our business number. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any services.

    Opt-Out: You may revoke your consent and opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. You may also opt out by contacting us at support@automaus.ai or (208) 809-6011.

    Third-Party Messaging Providers: To deliver text messages, we share your phone number with third-party messaging service providers, including but not limited to GoHighLevel (our CRM and marketing automation platform) and its underlying SMS delivery partners (such as Twilio, LC Phone, or similar carriers). These providers process your phone number solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf and are contractually required to protect your information.

    No Sharing for Third-Party Marketing: We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your phone number is used exclusively for communications from Automaus.ai.

    Data Retention: We retain your phone number and messaging records (including message content, timestamps, and opt-in/opt-out status) for the duration of your relationship with us, plus an additional 5 years after your last interaction to comply with TCPA record-keeping requirements and legal obligations.

    TCPA/CTIA Compliance: Our messaging practices comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and applicable state regulations governing text messaging.

    3. How We Use Your Information

    We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
